OVERVIEW

Welcome to NAOVE. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NAOVE, operated by Mgr. art Kvetoslava Kubušová, registered in the Czech Republic (IČO available upon request).

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

NAOVE is a jewelry studio based in Prague, Czech Republic.
All our pieces are designed and handcrafted locally with great attention to detail and made either to order or in small batches.

2. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s). A binding purchase agreement is formed once we confirm your order via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected misuse, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
All orders are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Czech koruna (CZK) or Euros (EUR) and include VAT in accordance with Czech law.

Shipping fees and possible customs duties (for international orders) are not included in the listed price and will be added at checkout.
Payment is accepted via the methods provided at checkout (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, etc.).

The order will be processed only after the full payment has been received.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from Prague, Czech Republic.
Processing time varies between 3–10 working days, depending on product type and availability.
Delivery times depend on the destination and chosen shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.
The risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover of the package to the carrier.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because each NAOVE piece is handcrafted and often made to order, we do not accept returns for a refund.

If your jewelry doesn’t fit, we gladly offer:

  • Size exchange for the same design, or

  • Store credit for the full amount of your purchase, redeemable on your next order.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange or store credit.
The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

For EU customers, the 14-day right of withdrawal under Czech and EU consumer protection law applies, provided the jewelry is not customized or engraved.

6. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Custom-made or engraved pieces are non-returnable.
We recommend verifying your size and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and individual device screen settings.
Such differences are not considered defects.

8. WARRANTY

In accordance with Czech consumer law (§ 2165 et seq. občanského zákoníku), customers have a 24-month legal warranty for manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or incorrect handling.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All jewelry designs, photographs, text, and content on this website are the property of NAOVE and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Reproduction or use of any material without prior written consent is prohibited.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Prague, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
